Rental:
$900 per week (March, April, August, September, October)
$1200 per week (May, June, July)
A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at time of reservation. Balance is due 6 months prior to reservation. House is available for rent March – November of every year. Maximum of 7 people.

Refunds:
All dates are reserved with receipt of the non-refundable deposit. If reservation is cancelled prior to balance due, the renter forfeits the deposit. If the balance has been paid and a renter is unable to occupy the house during the rental period, renter may assign the reservation to a replacement renter, through gift or sale, with permission of the owner. If house goes unoccupied during rental period, owner should be notified.

Rentals are Monday to Monday.
Check-in after 3 p.m.
Check-out before 10 a.m. Cleaning fee: €50, due at check-out.
